Loyola University Chicago’s Rule of Law for Development Program prepares you to tackle critical development challenges and become a leader in the growing rule of law and development field while connecting you to an engaged network of professionals from 60+ countries. Our blended virtual and in-person program offers two master’s degrees, composed of dynamic online study with one term at Loyola’s Rome Center campus in Italy. Choose to complete your degree over one or two years, providing additional flexibility for busy professionals. PROLAW offers several generous tuition awards for exceptionally qualified students of any nationality, who demonstrate outstanding academic or professional merit, and financial need. Loyola’s Rule of Law Scholarships are available to admitted students of Loyola University Chicago’s Master of Laws (LLM) or Master of Jurisprudence (MJ) in Rule of Law for Development.
