There were only 34 students when Lakeland College opened in 1913. Today the College has two campuses and over 7,000 full- and part-time students––but Lakeland is as tight-knit as ever. The classes are small, so instructors get to know their students––not just their names but also their wants, needs, hopes, and fears.
